Getting "Unstuck"
Whether anxiety, depression, grief, stress, performance...clients often report feeling stuck. I work with clients to help them get untangled from false or misleading beliefs they have developed over a lifetime so they can become who they are, and not who (even well intending) others want them to be. I walk with my clients down their path of personal meaning, and support them with compassion, empathy, and care, as they open up to the experience of strong emotions that may have been hindering them throughout their personal development.
